Are you curious about rugby but never had the chance to give it a try? Join us for a fun and interactive session designed specifically for beginners like you! Our experienced coaches will guide you through the basics of the game, from passing and tackling to scoring tries.

Don’t worry if you’ve never played before – this session is all about having a go and enjoying the game. Whether you’re looking to get fit, make new friends, or just try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into the world of rugby.
