Know a hero in care? Honour their hard work by nominating them for this award

A special care professional that goes above and beyond to support independence will be celebrated at this year’s LeicestershireLive Care Professional of the Year Awards, and we need your nominations.

We’re looking for an exceptional person, that stops at nothing to support those they care for as they enjoy a life lived on their own terms.

Their hard work will be celebrated with a special award at this year’s ceremony, set to take place on January 28.

The Supporting Independence Award will this year be sponsored by EMH Care & Support. David Kolodynski, assistant manager of specialist housing, explains why they’ve chosen to back this inspirational category.
