Police update on sudden death at Leicester petrol station

Police are continuing their investigation after a man’s body was found in a car at a Leicester petrol station.

Officers were called to the St Matthew’s Service Station, in Humberstone Road, yesterday lunchtime.

The area was cordoned off for several hours after the dead man was found.

Leicestershire Police today told LeicestershireLive that inquiries were underway, but added that although the death was still unexplained, it was not believed to be suspicious.
