We specialise in Beginners' Yoga classes as well as classes aimed at those who have been practicing Yoga for a while and would like to deepen their practice but always with an emphasis on correct alignment and breath.
Our broad timetable of classes includes the iconic hot Bikram Yoga as well as a range of non-hot yoga styles, which we call 'urban' and all of which are suitable for people of every ability, including beginners.

My classes, held in the mornings and evenings, are aimed at beginners and improvers. They are based in south east Leicestershire at Kibworth, Hallaton and Oadby. I also offer one-to-one sessions (taught in the comfort of your own home) for people for whom a general class would be inappropriate.
