The Leicestershire shopping centre has teased its ‘exciting’ arrival
A Wagamama restaurant is to open at a popular shopping destination in Leicestershire.
Fosse Park is “really excited” to welcome the Pan-Asian chain to its offering inside its food court.
The centre has teased the arrival of the restaurant with an image showing boards surrounding Unit 12, in Food Central.
Alongside the Wagamama logo and an image of a raman noodle bowl, the sign reads “hello fosse park”.
The restaurant, also known for its rice bowls and plant-based dishes, already has a location in Leicester’s Highcross Lane.
Its second venue in Leicestershire is to add “even more variety” to Fosse Park’s food court, which is accessible from the west and north sides of the shopping park.
Food Central already has Nando’s, Zizzi, itsu and Chaiiwala, to name a few.
Wagamama is to open in place of Boo, a fast-food chain which sold American-style smash burgers, after it closed last year.
A spokesperson for Fosse Park said: “We’re really excited to welcome Wagamama to the Fosse Park food court.
“Its arrival adds even more variety to our dining offering, and we’re looking forward to visitors enjoying the new restaurant when it opens.”
An opening date has not yet been confirmed.
